iSystem may recycle or destroy the equipment delivered to us if it is not collected by the owner (or his/her representative) within 60 calendar days from the unit entry date into the service department system.
The warranty on all Apple products is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Requests for coverage under the European Consumer Law applicable to Greece are placed by the end customer at the point of purchase. The Apple spare parts and replacement devices are covered by a 3-month warranty or the original item warranty if the latter expires after the 3-month period. Old parts or devices are returned to Apple to reduce the cost of new ones. More precisely, current (exchange) prices entail the return of old parts to Apple. The customer maintains the right to purchase old parts or devices at a certain price only in case the product is out of warranty and provided he/she asks for it when accepting the repair cost orally, on the phone or in writing.
If a device damage results in a total replacement, then the replacement device shipped by Apple does not include its commercial packaging and accessories.
Regarding the OUT of warranty products the following is applicable: The minimum charge for technical inspection and the Apple diagnostic tests is €20.00. For iMac units in particular, touched by or plunged into liquid of any kind, the cost equals €60.00. Payment is made at delivery whether the device has been repaired or not. In case of repair or replacement with a cost, the a.m. shipping cost is included in the total repair cost and is not charged extra.
Regarding the UNDER warranty products the following is applicable: The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or software malfunctions (e.g. in the operating system, programs or 3rd party drivers) are not under warranty and their resolution is charged as usual.
Accessories such as stickers, tempered glass or protective film are non-refundable if they are fitted in a non-replaceable part. It is the customer's responsibility to remove and store them if they wish to keep them. iSystem bears no responsibility in case of their partial or total damage or loss of data during the repair process.
During the pickup process any cosmetic damage (such as small scratches and cracks or dents) may not be recorded. This is not, in any way, an obligation of iSystem and, therefore, the latter is not responsible for anything this lack entails.
In case an unauthorized modification or a part replacement with a third-party (non-original Apple) part is found during the technical inspection, iSystem has no obligation to resolve any malfunction that makes an Apple device non-functional or partially functional.
If an Apple product is not supported by the manufacturer anymore, regardless of its functionality when it is delivered to our service department, the device is received provided that the customer accepts the possibility of another problem occuring and/or caused during the repair or upgrade process. In such case iSystem is not responsible, nor can we ensure the ability to repair at a cost if the related parts are not available.
Personal or other data of any kind stored in the device delivered to iSystem is customer’s responsibility, and iSystem bears no responsibility for any loss during the repair process. iSystem is under the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of personal data that will be used to perform any repair or customer updating tasks.
Personal data may be communicated to third parties if this is required for the repair task completion or their own safety. The above data may also be used by Apple itself in case the latter needs to detect customer satisfaction regarding the device repair or inform customers about replacement programs (warranty extensions) occasionally announced. The a.m. data may also be used when iSystem needs to inform customers about product or service offers.
Additional information about the General Terms and Conditions of Personal Data Protection regarding Service Products and Technical Support is included in the form you receive when delivering the product to iSystem or in our Company web site.
Identification of personal data is made by customer’s ID card or other government document (e.g. driver’s license) demonstration without our filing a copy. The device is returned to the end customer following such identification and his/her signing the related Delivery Note.

Personal information of individuals (name and surname, occupation, home address, city of residence, postal code, VAT number, contact telephone number and email) will be requested by the Company and recorded in our database when receiving an item in our service department for at least one of the following reasons:
The customer’s e-mail address will be equally recorded in our Company database when the device is delivered to our service department for the following reasons:
iSystem will maintain, process and preserve all individual customer data as well as all relevant documents (e.g. Delivery Notes, Technical Repair Reports, Invoices, Receipts, etc.) for a minimum period of time required for compliance with applicable tax, accounting and other legislation and the contract with the manufacturer.
Said period of time may not be shorter than seven (7) years from the date of the latest data entry or renewal in our Company database, i.e. the average product lifespan.
The password (i.e. passcode, password, EFI password or FileVault password) is required at device delivery to our service department for at least one of the following reasons:
iSystem has taken all necessary measures to secure its information systems as well as personal data flow in them and security within Company facilities (installing an alarm system, a closed-circuit television system, etc.). We are, therefore, able to ensure that personal data in the Company database and back-up media as well as hard copies and device/storage media contents (data) will not be transferred or disclosed to any third partiy without the customer's consent. However, we bear no responsibility whatsoever in the event of an electronic attack on our systems or a violation of Company premises in case of theft or other malicious activity.
Customers have the right to know which of their personal data has or had been processed and receive a copy of said data (i.e. right of access); the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (DPA); the right to raise objections at any point and oppose to the process of data related to him/her; the right to request the deletion of their data, and forward such data to another individual/company without objection from the Company or request that the Company forwards it directly to another individual or company.
In order to exercise the above rights customers may address the Company in writing, via email (to: sales@i-system.gr). The Company has the right to decline the customers’ request for deletion of personal data if maintaining said data is necessary for establishing, exercising or supporting its legal rights.
Customers reserve the right to withdraw, at any time, their consent regarding part or all above terms and conditions (accepted when delivering the device to us) via e-mail to: info@i-system.gr or in writing to: SYSTEM GRAPH TECHNOLOGIES S.A., 269, Mesogeion Av., 15231 Chalandri, Athens.

Please deliver your device to your local ACS Courier store and ship it by recipient’s cost. Otherwise we can pickup your device from your place either by Courier or by our Company’s driver, based on your place of residence.
Make sure the packaging is the best possible one, as our Company bears no responsibility for any damage or loss during its transportation. We suggest you used the original Apple packaging (if available) or a hard-sided carton with protective bubbles inside for safety reasons. For iMac and Mac Pro units in particular, the original packaging should be the only one to use.
The total shipping cost* (if any) and the repair cost (if any) will be deposited into a bank account of our Company upon completion of the repair and before returning the product.
The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of each product based on the following pricelist.
